Introduction to User management
ScheduleOnce is a true multi-user system, designed to meet the scheduling needs of organizations large and small. Whether your organization is a small business with a few local employees, or a large, multinational corporation with team members distributed across multiple time zones, ScheduleOnce can support it all. With ScheduleOnce you can manage an entire team in one centralized account. Team members can work independently or participate in scheduling scenarios across the organization.

When your account includes more than one User license, you can create two types of Users: Administrators and Members. These two different User types have different privileges in the system. Learn more about the difference between a Member and an Administrator
As an Administrator, you can easily:
Add new Users: Administrators can add new Users to join their organization's ScheduleOnce account. New Users will receive an email invitation with a sign-up link. New Users can be Administrators or Members, and can be granted permission to create new Booking pages (and if Payment integration is used, allowed to process manual refunds from ScheduleOnce), or not.
Manage Users’ access permissions to different booking pages: Decide who has access to which Booking page and to what extent. Users’ access to Booking pages can range from no access at all, though to Viewer, Editor, and finally Owner.
Delete existing Users: Existing User can be deleted at any point in time. You just need to make sure that before this is done, you have reassigned any booking pages which are owned by that User to another Owner. Learn more about Assigning Booking page ownership
