The ScheduleOnce connector for Zapier

Zapier is an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) that enables quick and simple data movement between applications. The platform is connected to more than 500 applications in many categories, including CRM, invoicing, productivity, email marketing, and more. As ScheduleOnce is part of the Zapier app community, you can easily push customer and booking data into your favorite apps.

Once you register with Zapier, you can create Zaps. Zaps are integration instructions that define what data is sent from one application to another. Zaps are based on triggers and actions. Triggers are the starting point of each integration. Each Zap starts-up once an app's trigger is fired. When creating a Zap, you must also select an action, which defines what functions need to run on the target app with the data collected from the trigger.

ScheduleOnce provides seven Zapier triggers, which are divided into two groups, specific and composite. Read about these triggers in the ScheduleOnce triggers on Zapier article.

You can create your own Zaps in Zapier with any of the 500+ apps connected. Learn about key integration use cases from our Zapier integration video:

To get started with Zapier, you will need to create a Zapier account and connect it with ScheduleOnce. Once connected, you are ready to create the Zaps for integrating with your application of choice.

While Zapier provides you with quick access to hundreds of apps, this is by no means a replacement for native integrations we offer with Salesforce, Infusionsoft, GoToMeeting, and WebEx. Still, ScheduleOnce has invested considerable resources in creating the most robust Zapier integration possible. More than 50 ScheduleOnce fields are available on Zapier and we have also created special composite fields to make creating Zaps easier and faster. However, the Zapier integration does have its limitations. In order to help with some of them, we have created a series of articles with best practices and integration tips:
