Disconnecting your calendar

You can connect your User account to one of five calendar types: ExchangeOffice 365, Outlook, Google or iCloud. After connecting your calendar, you may wish to disconnect the calendar. ScheduleOnce does not depend on your calendar connection, but some functionality will change depending on your disconnection circumstances.

I will connect another calendar

If you plan to connect another calendar after disconnecting your current one, please note:
  • All your Booking pages will need their calendar settings reconfigured
  • Existing bookings will remain in the previous calendar but will not be updated
    if canceled or rescheduled
  • Existing bookings that have not yet taken place will be added to the new calendar
  • New bookings will be added to the new calendar from now on

I don't want any calendar connected

A connected calendar is not required for ScheduleOnce to operate, and you will still accept bookings normally, but please note:
  • Busy time will not be retrieved from any calendar
  • New bookings will not be added to a calendar
  • Existing bookings will remain in the previous calendar but will not be updated
    if canceled or rescheduled

I will reconnect the same calendar again

Disconnecting and then reconnecting the same calendar is NOT RECOMMENDED without consulting ScheduleOnce support first. All your Booking pages will need their calendar settings reconfigured.
If you are experiencing any issues, contact ScheduleOnce support before disconnecting.

How can I disconnect my calendar?

To disconnect your calendar, simply sign into ScheduleOnce, go to Setup -> Integrations -> Calendar integration, and click the Disconnect button.

Note: You should not revoke access to ScheduleOnce from within your calendar settings - this will be regarded as a connection error and will prevent your Booking pages from accepting bookings. If you need to disconnect your calendar, please make sure to do it in your ScheduleOnce account.
