User profile: Notifications

Each User can determine where email and SMS notifications will be sent to in the User profile notifications section. The User will receive all ScheduleOnce notifications at the defined email address and phone number. The User can also define notification settings for notifications sent to Customers who schedule appointments on Booking pages owned by that User.

To manage the timing and triggers of sending notifications, edit the User notifications section and Customer notifications section in your Booking pages and Event types.
 

Notifications sent to the User

Emails sent from:  This controls the sending name and email address for all ScheduleOnce generated emails sent to the User. If you are not using Email from your domain, emails will come from “ScheduleOnce Mailer <mailer@scheduleonce.com>”. This setting is controlled by an account Administrator.

Emails sent to: This controls the email address where the User receives ScheduleOnce generated emails. Your receiving email address is the same as your login ID. Learn more about changing the sign-in ID

Keep the "Keep me up to date with news and product announcements" box checked to receive email updates from ScheduleOnce. Emails are typically used to announce new features and product releases.

SMS messages sent to: If you wish to receive SMS User notifications, you can enter in your mobile phone number here. Send yourself a test SMS to ensure you are able to receive text messages from ScheduleOnce. Learn more about sending SMS notifications to Users

 

Notifications sent to Customers

Sent from email: All ScheduleOnce generated emails sent to Customers will be sent from this email. If you are not using Email from your domain, emails will come from <mailer@scheduleonce.com>. This setting is controlled by an account Administrator

Sent from name: This is the name that appears in the "From" field in Customer notifications generated from bookings made on the User's Booking pages. By default, the email name label will be the User's name entered when he created his account. Please note that changing your name in the Personal details section of the User profile, does not change the email name label.

Customer replies sent to: Any replies to Customer notifications generated from bookings made on the User's Booking pages will be sent to this email address. By default, this email address is the same as the email you will receive notifications to. This email can be changed if you want replies sent to a different address. Changing your login ID does not change this setting.
