"No times are currently available" message

If your Booking page is displaying the message: "No times are currently available. Please contact the meeting organizer." it can be due to a number of reasons.

A) You have disabled the Booking page - In this case, you can sign in and enable it.

B) ScheduleOnce was unable to process your payment and you need to pay for your account - In this case, you can sign into your account and you will be prompted to pay.

C) If you are connecting to Outlook, you might have not yet performed the first sync. To enable the Booking page, you should either proceed to perform the first sync, or cancel the connection to Outlook. To cancel the connection, go to Setup-> Integration -> Calendar integration -> Cancel my connection to Outlook. To complete the setup, you must install the connector and the click the Settings button to connect and configure the connector.

D) If you are connected to Google Calendar, it might be due to the following causes:

  • You might have updated your Google password and your access to the ScheduleOnce app has been revoked. To renew your ScheduleOnce connection to your Google Calendar, simply go to Setup-> Integration -> Calendar integration and click the Renew your connection button.
  • You have been receiving a large quantity of bookings in a short window of time and might have reached the Google Calendar quota, administered by Google.

E) There is a misconfiguration in your settings - See this list for the possible causes of a misconfiguration:

  1. The availability that you marked is shorter than the time slot duration. You should increase your availability (Setup -> relevant Booking pages -> Recurring or Date-specific availability) or reduce the time slot duration (Setup -> relevant Booking pages -> Time slot settings -> Time slot display. If you are using Event types the Time slot settings section is in the Event type).

  2. Busy time from your calendar is completely blocking out your availability. To check that go to Setup -> relevant Booking pages -> Date-specific availability. If you see that all green availability is overlapped by blue busy time, it means that your availability is blocked. You can change the calendars from which you retrieve busy time in Setup -> relevant Booking pages -> Associated calendars, or change the status of your events in your calendar to "Available" or "free".

  3. The "Starting times" setting in the Time slots display is set to start at a start time for which you have no availability. For example, your availability is for 30 minutes and starts on the hour and the "Starting times" setting starts at 45 minutes only.

  4. The "Before the event" and "Into the future" settings under the Timeframe rules in the Time slots section are hiding your availability.

  5. The "Buffer between ScheduleOnce bookings and busy time"  setting under the Workload rules in the Time slots section is too big.

  6. In Setup -> relevant Booking pages -> Recurring or Date-specific availability, no availability is defined.

If your Master page is displaying the message: "No times are currently available. Please contact the meeting organizer." it can be due to a number of reasons:

A) You have disabled your Master page - In this case, you can sign in and enable it.

B) Your recurring payment has failed. You need to pay for your account - In this case, you can sign in and you will be prompted to pay.

C) There is a misconfiguration in your settings:

  1. You have not added any Booking pages to the Master page. Go to Setup -> relevant Master page -> Included Booking pages, and check Booking pages.

  2. All of your Booking pages are affected by one of the issues described in section E. Please check each of your Booking pages.
