Changing email, login and MeetMe link

Changing the login ID
Since ScheduleOnce dos not own the login - It is a Google or Facebook login we cannot change it. If you want to have your account under a different login you will need to delete your account and signup again under the new login. If you have a paid account please pay for your plan in the new account and then contact us with the details and we will issue a refund for the remaining credit in your old account.


Changing the MeetMe link
It is currently not possible to change the MeetMe link from the user interface but this is something that we will be supporting soon. In the meanwhile, if you want to change your MeetMe link please contact us. (this service is provided to paid accounts only)


Changing the email for communication purposes
You have signed up with your Google or Facebook ID but you want all emails from ScheduleOnce to be sent to a different email address, such as your work address. This can be easily achieved by changing your email address in the Account settings.
 
In your Account page you can see the email address that belongs to the ID with which you signed up. If you want to receive all ScheduleOnce communication in another email address simply change it and save. Note that this does not change your login email. You will still need to login with the email address that belongs to your Google or Facebook account, but all email communication from ScheduleOnce will be delivered to the new email address you provided.
