What is ScheduleOnce for Google Apps?
ScheduleOnce for Google Apps is the organization version of ScheduleOnce. The feature set is generally the same as the main ScheduleOnce application on scheduleonce.com but with some differences:
-ScheduleOnce for Google Apps can only be installed by the organization's Google Apps Admin and from the Google Apps Marketplace.
-Once installed, ScheduleOnce for Google Apps becomes instantly available to all members of the organization. Every user in the organization can simply access ScheduleOnce from their Google universal navigation bar. No login or signup is required.
-ScheduleOnce for Google Apps uses Google’s single sign on, so it is as secure as your Google Apps account. If you’re already logged into Google Apps, no login is required to access the ScheduleOnce application.
-With ScheduleOnce for Google Apps your Google Apps Calendar is automatically connected with ScheduleOnce.
-If you install the Professional Edition of ScheduleOnce for Google Apps your organization's logo from Google Apps will automatically be used to brand your ScheduleOnce application and you will not have any ads in your account. If you are running Google Apps for Business, you will notice that you can access your rooms and resources from ScheduleOnce and add them to an outbound invitation. This allows you to book your conference room together with your ScheduleOnce meeting from within ScheduleOnce.
