Connecting to GoToMeeting
In this article, you will learn how to connect to your GoToMeeting account.
Go to Setup, open the left sidebar, and navigate to Integrations -> Conferencing integration.
In the GoToMeeting section of the Web conferencing page, you can see the number of connector licenses available and connected to the account. If a license is unavailable, contact your ScheduleOnce Administrator to purchase a license.
Click Connect and enter your GoToMeeting email and password. When your credentials are approved, you are redirected to the ScheduleOnce Web Conferencing page (See Figure 1).

Important: Refreshing GoToMeeting
Your GoToMeeting connection is valid for approximately one year. In order to continue accepting bookings, you must refresh your connection before it expires.
To refresh your connection, click "Refresh your connection" and enter your GoToMeeting email and password. When your credentials are approved, you will be redirected to the ScheduleOnce Web Conferencing page and the expiration date will be updated.
