ScheduleOnce allows you to publish your Booking pages on almost any website. With our publishing options, you can add HTML code snippets on your website, blog, Facebook page, Wordpress etc., and provide scheduling out-of-the-box. Publishing your page is simple, you just place unique HTML and Javascript code on your website and you’re done. You can control which Booking pages are displayed and how the published page will look by going to Share & Publish in ScheduleOnce and selecting the publishing option you wish to use.

We divide our publishing options into two categories, core publishing options and extra publishing options.

Core publishing options

Our core publishing options group includes publishing options that can be placed on websites that allow embedding of pure HTML and Javascript code:

  1. Website embed. This option is a white-label solution, allowing you to place ScheduleOnce’s scheduling solution as an integral part of a page on your website, gaining the familiar look users expect. You can use this option as as an integral part of your lead generation process by integrating it with your web form. Integrating this option with your web form is recommended when you wish to offer scheduling to your 'top prospects' or to 'all prospects who fill out your form'.

  2. Website button. This option is a perfect solution for giving your Customers the ‘option’ to book an appointment. Clicking the button will pop open your selected Booking page either in a lightbox, floating above the current page, or in a separate window. You can use this option as an integral part of your lead generation process by integrating it with your web form. Integrating this option with your web form is recommended when you wish to offer scheduling to your 'top prospects' or to 'all prospects who fill out your form'.

  3. Website widget. This option is a small bar that is attached to the bottom of the screen and appears on all pages on your website. This bar invites site visitors to click on it to contact you. Clicking on the bar slides open a panel with three contact method options, phone, email, and appointment. If your visitor chooses the appointment method, your Booking page will be displayed in a lightbox. This option is available to all site visitors and therefore, is best used when implementing the BOLD marketing strategy.

Extra publishing options

Our extra publishing options group includes ones that are tailored to a specific web app, e.g. Facebook, WordPress. They usually require additional settings to work:

  1. WordPress button. This option allows you to place a ScheduleOnce website button on your blog or website. Make sure to use this add-on with WordPress themes that support Javascript as ScheduleOnce requires Javascript to work properly.

  2. Facebook page tab. This option allows you to place a ScheduleOnce website embed under a tab in your Facebook page. You can also place a button on your main page that takes you directly to the ScheduleOnce tab.
