Productivity features are available in the Premium and Professional plans. Below is the current list of productivity features. This list is updated from time to time as we add more features.
 
Inbound scheduling – Location
When enabled, location in inbound works in two directions: If you enable location and leave the field empty your invitee will be required to add a location. If you enter a location yourself this is what the invitee will see. In both cases, when the meeting is scheduled the location is passed over to the scheduling confirmation email and to the location field in the calendar invite.

Outbound scheduling – Location
In outbound, location works in one direction only - The meeting organizer specifies the location and it is seen by all invitees.  When the meeting is scheduled the location is passed over to the scheduling confirmation email and to the location field in the calendar invite.

Inbound scheduling - Require a phone number
If enabled, the phone number field is a required field. When the meeting is scheduled the phone number is passed over to the scheduling confirmation email and to the description field in the calendar invite.

Inbound scheduling - Request custom information
Allows you to add specific instructions to the notes field and make it a required field, allowing you to collect any type of information from your invitees. For example, you can ask for a Skype ID, a company name or for a 100 words description of their business, etc. When the meeting is scheduled the custom information is passed over to the scheduling confirmation email and to the description field in the calendar invite.

Inbound and outbound Scheduling - Meeting details
Allows you to add meeting details that will be automatically added to the scheduling confirmation email and description field in the calendar invite. For example, you can add conferencing dial in info that will be available to every invitee that schedules time with you.
