If your organization is running Google Apps you can install the Professional edition from the Google Apps Marketplace and receive additional benefits:
No user signup
Your Google Apps administrator installs ScheduleOnce for all users. Access to the application is then provided via Google’s universal navigation, creating a direct link to the user’s home page.
Google single sign on
As a trusted Marketplace vendor ScheduleOnce supports Google’s Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication, providing complete security without the need for a separate login.
Automatic connection to Google Calendar
Users do not need to manually connect their Google Apps Calendar. Constant connection to Google Calendar increases productivity and eliminates double booking.
Room and resource scheduling
