Introduction to Booking pages

Booking pages are powerful and versatile online booking pages that you can use for yourself or for others, with or without Services. Booking pages are created in the Configuration > Booking pages tab, by clicking the "New Booking page" button.

Each Booking page is completely independent in its settings and has the following sections:

Scheduling options​: This is where you select the options that correspond to the scheduling scenario that you require. Here you choose:

  1. If you want to use Automatic booking or Booking with approval mode.
  2. If Customers will book single sessions or Session packages.
  3. If you want to offer one-on-one sessions or Group sessions.

Time slots: This section controls how time slots are displayed to Customers and allows you to set limits on your available time. Here you control meeting duration, how often time slots are offered, time zone settings and other important factors that make bookings easy to manage. Learn more about the Time slots section

Availability: This is where you specify your availability using recurring availability, date-specific availability or a combination of both. Learn more about defining availability

Calendars: This is where you control all settings that relate to your connected Calendar. Learn more about the Calendars section

Location: This is where you can specify the type of location: virtual location or physical location, and whether it is set by the Owner or the Customer. Learn more about the Location settings

Booking form: This section is where you set the meeting subject, the Booking form you wish to use, and what happens when your Customer submits the Booking form.  Learn more about the Booking form section.

Customer notifications: This is where you set the notifications sent to your Customers. Customer notifications include scheduling confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. All notifications can be sent by email or SMS. Learn more about the Customer notification section

User notifications: This is where you set the notifications that you and any additional stakeholders will receive. The User notifications are independent of the Customer notifications. User notifications can also be sent by email or SMS. Learn more about the User notification section.

Cancel/Reschedule: This is where you define the time frame during which customers are permitted to cancel and reschedule a booking, customize the policy description presented to Customers, and choose whether customers should provide a cancellation/reschedule reason. Booking page details: This is where you provide information about the Booking page owner which Customers will see before making a booking. Learn more about the Booking Page details

You can use Booking pages in a Master Booking page with or without services, and you can also combine the availability of multiple Booking pages into one booking calendar.
