First steps

If you are new to scheduleOnce and haven’t watched the introduction video we recommend that you view it before you start using ScheduleOnce:



When you first sign in you will complete a short wizard that will take you through the following steps:

1. Select a personal link for your inbound page. Make sure you are happy with the link as it cannot be changed later
2. Define your recurring availability. The default recurring availability is 9 to 5pm. You can change it or leave it as is and change it later if needed
3. Provide basic personal information. This information will give a personal touch to your inbound page. You will be able to add more later

Once the wizard is completed your inbound link is created and you can share the link and start receiving meeting invitations. You can click the link and check your inbound page. It’s also recommended to create a test invitation and submit it.

You can then go back to your home page, view the incoming invitation and schedule it.

Next, you can create an outbound invitation, respond to it as an invitee and schedule it.

We also recommend that you visit the Account page and change the settings to fit your preferences. You can also connect your Google Calendar if you have one or if you are an Outlook user, connect to Outlook via Google Calendar.
