In order to schedule a group meeting simply click the New invitation button on your home page. You then propose times, set meeting duration and enter the meeting name. When you save you get a unique link that you send to your invitees.
If your calendar is connected you will be able to see your busy time on the weekly calendar grid. By default, busy times are displayed for information only and do not block out your availability. If you do want busy times to block your availability, simply check the “Busy time blocks my availability” box. Learn more about busy time behavior in the Understanding busy time behavior article.
You are now ready to send the link to your invitees. ScheduleOnce does not impose a limit on the number of invitees. You can have a single invitee only, or dozens of invitees across multiple time zones. Some people have scheduled meetings with more than fifty invitees.
When invitees reply you will receive an email notification and will be able to easily see when people are available by clicking the schedule button. ScheduleOnce automatically identifies the times that work for the highest number of invitees and the days with such times are highlighted with green in the Month row above the table. You can see more times that work by clicking the More times buttons. Once you have identified the optimal time you are ready to schedule the meeting.
If your calendar is connected you can click the Schedule button, select the calendar in which you would like to schedule the meeting and schedule. The meeting will be automatically created in your calendar and Google Calendar invites will be sent to your invitees.
If your calendar is not connected you can still schedule the meeting by clicking the button, only that this time only email confirmations will be sent and the meeting will not be automatically created in your calendar.
