If you are working in the Booking with Approval mode your activity arrives in Pending status and allows you to take the following actions:
- Schedule: You view the times that were selected, pick one, and if your calendar is connected, schedule the meeting in your calendar.
- Reschedule: Once an inbound meeting is scheduled you can always reschedule it to one of the other times that were selected by the person who submitted it.
- Add invitees: You get a unique link that you send to additional invitees. They respond with availability and you schedule the meeting.
- Delete: Click Delete to remove the activity from your Activity stream tab. This will not affect the scheduled meetings in your calendar.
When you select the activity you can see its details on the right hand side including any notes from people. If your Google Calendar is connected you can also access the calendar invite directly from ScheduleOnce.
If you work in the Automatic booking mode your activity arrives in Scheduled status. When you click the activity you can view its details including notes from the person who submitted it. Since the appointment is already scheduled there is no action that you need to take. You can open the Google Calendar invitation or delete the activity.
When you have many activities it may be helpful to use the filter on the right hand side. The filter is based on the activity status:
- Pending only: Lists only pending activities and sorts them by latest activity on top
- Scheduled only: Lists only scheduled activities and sorts them by earliest scheduled time on top
There is also a filter by MeetMe page and BookNow page. When you select a BookNow page you will see all activities that took place from MeetMe pages under that BookNow page. Note that if a MeetMe page that is under a BookNow page had direct activities these will not show when filtering by the BookNow page. Direct activities will only show when filtering by that MeetMe page.
