The Home page Activity stream

The Home page of your account is where all your account’s bookings are captured in one place. It is where you can view, organize, and execute various actions on your bookings. The Home page is there to act like your virtual bookings organizer.

The Home page is available from your desktop and mobile admin interfaces. The mobile admin interface is optimized for both mobile phones and tablets, providing an ideal user experience for every device type.

Managing bookings is easy with ScheduleOnce as all your bookings are categorized in a straightforward manner into individual bookings in the Activity stream tab, and session packages in the Packages tab. In this article you will learn about what information and actions are available from these different tabs.

The Activity stream tab
The Activity stream tab includes all individual bookings, including single bookings and single sessions within a session package. Each listed booking in the activity stream displays the status of the booking, the subject of the booking, the meeting time, and with whom is the booking.

Further information about each booking in the activity stream is provided in the Booking details tab and the Payment details tab, on the right hand side, when you select a specific booking.

  • Booking details tab: The Booking details tab includes the meeting’s Tracking ID, and notes from your Customers. If your Calendar is connected, you can also access the Calendar event directly from the Booking detail’s tab. The Booking details tab is also where you execute various scheduling actions on the bookings. Learn more about available scheduling actions

  • Payment details tab: If you are using our Payment integration, the payment details tab is where all transactions for a specific booking are listed. The transaction status, transaction date, transaction amount and links to additional payment-related actions, such as invoice download and refunds, are all available in the Payment details tab. In addition, if the specific booking has had a number of transactions (for example, a schedule, a reschedule and then a cancellation) a summary of all transactions in terms of the amount received, amount refunded, and revenue is provided at the top of the Payment details tab.

Important note: The payment details tab, accessed from the activity stream, is only relevant for single bookings and not for single sessions within a package. This is because payment details for Session packages are at the package level, rather than the session level. Payment details for Session packages are available from the Session packages tab. See below for more details on the Session package tab.

The Session packages tab
The Packages tab includes all session packages. For each listed session package you can see the status of the package, the subject of the package, the number of sessions in the package, the duration of a session, and who booked the package.

Further information about each package is provided in the Booking details tab and the Payment details tab, on the right hand side, when you select a specific package:

  • Booking details tab: The Booking details tab lists all the sessions that belong to a specific package. Each session’s time and status is displayed, along with the overall Package ID, and other relevant package details. To view details of an individual session within the package, or to perform scheduling actions on an individual session within the package, simply click on the specific session and you will be redirected to the relevant session’s Booking details within the Activity stream tab.

  • Payment details tab: If you are using our Payment integration, the payment details tab is where all transactions for a specific package are listed. The transaction status, transaction date, transaction amount and links to additional payment-related actions, such as invoice download and the Customer’s cancel/reschedule policy, are all available in the Payment details tab. In addition, if the specific package has had a number of transactions (for example, a schedule, a reschedule and then a cancellation) a summary of all the transactions in terms of the amount received, amount refunded, and revenue is provided at the top of the Payment details tab.
