Making a booking FAQ

You have reached this page because you clicked Help when booking a meeting with someone who utilizes our software, ScheduleOnce, to provide a way to book appointments. This FAQ was written to assist with technical issues related to the software. We are not associated with the organization with which you are booking.

For any inquiries about your specific appointment or a service they provide, you must contact the meeting organizer directly.
ScheduleOnce does not have their contact information, meeting details, the ability to reschedule on your behalf, or any authority regarding the organization with which you are booking. We are not part of their organization, but simply provide online scheduling software.

Can I access this page from my smartphone or tablet?
Yes you can. The system will automatically recognize your device and present the relevant user interface.

I see a message that no times are currently available
This is because the meeting organizer has no availability or because the meeting organizer has disabled the page. Please contact the meeting organizer directly.


I've booked an appointment. How do I add the appointment to my calendar?
First, check your calendar. Chances are your calendar event is already there, added automatically with all the information you need. In case the calendar event was not added automatically, you can add it by clicking the calendar invite icons in the scheduling confirmation page or the scheduling confirmation email that you received.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you should click the Cancel/Reschedule link in the scheduling confirmation email or calendar event:


Once you click the link, you will be directed to the Cancel/Reschedule page.

I booked an appointment but no one called me
Please contact the person who gave you the scheduling link. ScheduleOnce cannot help with this matter.

How do I get in contact with the person who gave me the scheduling link?
ScheduleOnce does not have this information, as we are not associated with their organization. We have tens of thousands of subscribers using our scheduling software. We do not represent these subscribers’ organizations, but simply provide an online scheduling solution they utilize in order to have you and others book with them.
