I get a "not authorized" message when I try to access the application
This may happen if the application was not installed correctly. Please try to delete the ScheduleOnce application from the Google Apps Control Panel and install it again.
How do I replace the ScheduleOnce logo with my organization logo?
Private labeling with your organization logo is possible only in the Professional Edition which can be installed from the Google Apps Marketplace. During the installation of the Professional Edition you will see that ScheduleOnce uses the logo from your Google Apps account. There is currently no other way to upload a different logo to ScheduleOnce.
How do I enable SSL?
To enable SSL (https) you must first purchase the Professional Edition and then contact us, requesting to use SSL.
How do I upgrade to the Professional Edition?
Simply install uninstall your Starter Edition and Install the Professional Edition from the Google Apps Marketplace.
Some of the users do not get a ScheduleOnce link in Google's universal navigation
It may take time for the link to appear after installation - up to 24 hours. This is a known issue with Google's universal navigation architecture.
How do I uninstall the application?
Delete the ScheduleOnce application from the Google Apps Control Panel. This action does not delete any data from the ScheduleOnce servers, so you will be able to continue from where you left in case you decide to install it again. If you also want to delete the data make sure to ask all users to delete their accounts first.
