1. Resources are not defined for this domain
- Not a Google Apps for Business or Education Edition: ScheduleOnce works with the rooms and resources in your Google Apps and does not define its own rooms and resources. Rooms and resources can only be defined in the Google Apps for Business or Education Editions. If you have the free Google Apps edition you will not be able to define resources and will not be able to utilize them in ScheduleOnce. See the Google help
- You are running the correct Google Apps Edition but have not yet defined resources: For help with defining resources see the Google help
- You are running the correct Google Apps Edition but with multiple domains, and resources are defined on another domain: If that is the case please contact us.
2. Rooms and resources are defined for the domain but are still not detected
- Enable the provisioning API: This API must be enabled so that ScheduleOnce can read rooms and resources. To enable the provisioning API, check the provisioning API box in User account settings:
- The ScheduleOnce application is disabled on the Google Apps control panel: Enable the application (in this case the calendars will not show up as well).
- The ScheduleOnce application is not properly installed: Uninstall and reinstall the application (in this case the calendars will not show up as well).
- There may be a temporary communication error: If you cannot identify any of the above reasons it may be a temporary communication problem. It is a good practice to wait a bit and then try again.
