If your Google Calendar is connected, the ScheduleOnce proposed times calendar is an excellent way for you to see the times that you have proposed inside your Google Calendar and alongside your other commitments.
When creating an outbound invitation with a connected Google Calendar for the first time, the click on “Save and get invitee link” creates a “ScheduleOnce proposed times” calendar in your Google Calendar.
The proposed times calendar will include all the times that you propose in the current invitation and all proposed times from future invitations. When a meeting is scheduled or deleted all proposed times associated with that meeting are removed. If at any time you want to see the times that you proposed simply select the ScheduleOnce proposed times calendar in your Google Calendar.
You can do anything you want with the ScheduleOnce proposed times calendar - It will have no effect on ScheduleOnce. If you want, you can delete proposed times in the ScheduleOnce proposed times calendar in Google Calendar, and also delete the entire calendar. This will have no effect on ScheduleOnce and a new ScheduleOnce proposed times calendar will be created automatically in your next outbound invitation.
