create invitation should reserve the proposed times but its not working

rmobile Jan 21, 2012 08:45PM EET

I created an invitation? three proposed times .
but on my inbound site http://meetme.so/rmobile shows that time available ,which would be very inconvenient as my partners will select a time that suits them, then it would be unavailable, because I didn't know I had temporarily reserved a tentative slot and book another appt. myself in my google calendar or at my meetme.so site not knowing it was reserved for a possible upcoming meeting then we play a phone-tag reserve-tag run around.

i would like it to reserve my slot temporarily in google calendar linked to schedule once so I know I might have this meeting at a proposed time

how can this be done? if it can't this program is useless!

Hi,

There are two modes in which you can use your MeetMe page:

-Appointment mode: People select a single time and the appointment is automatically scheduled. In this case your calendar is connected and any time that's scheduled will block out your availability on your MeetMe page.

-Meeting mode: People select a few times (you decide how many) and then you review and select and schedule the one you want. We do not store these times in your calendar until they are scheduled and for this reason they will not block out availability on your MeetMe page, Only the scheduled time will. This is the reason that you are asking for a few times, so if some get taken, you still have something to choose from.

We have found that these two modes give people the maximum flexibility. I will be happy to receive your feedback.

Ron
