Cancelling Appointment

Is there an ability to cancel or not approve a schedule time, and also for the person who is requesting the appointment to have the ability to cancel an appointment?

Hi Lori,

Since we are so integrated with Google Calendar at this point the appointment should be canceled from within Google Calendar. Once the appointment is scheduled there is a direct link in the home page that takes to the Google Calendar appointment and you can delete it there and it will ask you if you want to notify attendees.

Regarding functionality for the invitee to cancel an appointment - This is something that we will be adding in the next few months.
