time zone adjustments

I am trying to schedule a meeting with multiple people in different time zones - how can this be accommodated?

Hi Susan,

ScheduleOnce is very powerful with time zones. Please go into your Outbound settings page and make sure that Time zone support is enabled. Then go to your home page and click the New invitation button and follow the instructions. From that point ScheduleOnce will take care of everything. Each attendee will work in their time zone and ScheduleOnce will do all the translations in the background.
