Calendar syncing issues

Dashama Feb 08, 2012 12:15AM EET

I have done the following:
1. Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser (check!)
2. Verify that you can login to your Google or Google Apps account (check!)
3. Try to connect again from ScheduleOnce (done 5 times now - not working!)

Each time I click "connect to Google Calendar" I select "grant access" then I receive an error message that says it "Schedule Once is not able to connect with Google Calendar please try again and also make sure your google calendar is setup".

The Google calendar associated with the email of my Schedule Once account it setup. Is there anything further I can do to ensure this syncs???

Thank you!

Hi,

We do not "sync" with Google calendar. We "connect". This means that when you schedule a meeting in ScheduleOnce and your calendar is connected this meeting will also be created in your calendar. The other point of connection is that you can see your busy time in ScheduleOnce (in the New invitation and Date-specific view in outbound) and use it to block out your availability.

Please see this article for more information:

Well...it appears to have worked but the appointments are not displaying in the google calendar.

I have signed out and signed back in to Chrome, reopened calendar:
1.Checked in SO and the appropriate calendar is selected
2.Checked in Google Calendar and made sure it was refreshed, and the correct calendar was selected.
3. Checked and calendar is set to "Public" view.

What else is going wrong here? Why am I unable to see the scheduled appointments in the google calendar that I have "connected" already.

Please Help!
