Invitees

At the top of the sheet it says "Days highlighted with green include common time for at least ____. " On my invitation, it said tat there were 4 common, but when I went to other days/times and more people were common, the message still says 4. Isn't this supposed to change with the hours/days?

Hi,

ScheduleOnce automatically identifies the times that work for the highest number of invitees. So if you didn't reduce the meeting duration its impossible that you managed to find a time that works for more invitees unless there is a bug.
