desperately needed functionality

Hi,

I have two category of meetings, one is from 12pm till6pm when i want people I give one link to be able to schedule any available 30 minute period to meet me.

and the second category is that I need four to 10 people from 8am till 11am but I need at least four before they all get emailed confirmation but no more then 10 to be selected from those that submit their availability for the morning workshop.

I would also like to be able to send them maybe a separate url for them to highlight their availability for the next 60 days for example, but also be able to change that availability by adding or removing any of it freely any time day or night.

How would I go about setting something like this up, or is it just not feasible as it is?
