Activity IDs

Activity IDs are unique codes generated for each Booking, Panel booking, Session package, and Transaction. Activity IDs are an invaluable tool for organizing and identifying individual activities. For example, say a Customer calls you and wants to know specific information about their meeting or payment. Using the Tracking ID or the Transaction ID, you can immediately pull up the information in the Activity stream and address your Customer's request at once.  

  • To find the Activity ID for an associated Booking, Panel booking, Session package, or Transaction, simply navigate to the Activity from your Activity stream and click on it. In the Details pane on the right-hand side of your screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom. The Activity ID is listed in the footer, next to the Activity creation date.
  • To search for a specific activity, enter the Tracking ID, Panel ID, Package ID, or Transaction ID in the free text filter above the Activity stream.
  • To search for more than one ID, you can use the search operators available with  the free text filter. Learn more about search operators

Tracking ID

  • All individual sessions booked via ScheduleOnce have a Tracking ID, a unique eight-character ID code that identifies every booked session. e.g. Tracking ID: B316006
  • The Tracking ID of individual bookings appears on each activity’s Details pane in the Activity stream, on the Scheduling confirmation page, on Calendar events and on all email notifications that use the Default templates. The Tracking ID is also available as a Dynamic field which can be added to ScheduleOnce detail reports as well as to our Custom notification templates.
  • If you use Session packages, every package has its own unique Package ID. Each session within the package also has its own Tracking ID. The Tracking ID for each session can be found in the Calendar event and the specific session's Details pane in the Activity stream.


Panel ID

  • All Panel meetings booked via ScheduleOnce have a unique Panel ID, a twelve-character code with the PANL prefix. e.g. Panel ID: PANL-31TGUMXHZ89L
  • The Panel ID appears on the Scheduling confirmation page, on Calendar events and on all email notifications that use the Default templates. The Panel ID is also available as a Dynamic field which can be added to our Custom notification templates.
  • Panel meetings have two IDs: a tracking ID and a panel ID. The tracking ID is unique per panelist, while the panel ID is common to all.


Session package ID

  • Session packages have a unique Package ID. Unlike Tracking IDs, which are used as unique identifiers of individual sessions, Package IDs identify the entire package. Package IDs can be differentiated from Tracking IDs by the inclusion of the prefix “P” before every eight-character code. e.g. Package ID: P-1234DF56
  • The Package ID can be found in the footer of the Details pane in the Activity stream. The Package ID also appears on the Scheduling confirmation page, and in all email notifications that use the Default templates. The Package ID is also available as a Dynamic field which can be added to ScheduleOnce detail reports as well as to our Custom notification templates.


Transaction ID

  • Transactions are identified by a unique Transaction ID, a ten-character code with the TXN prefix. e.g. Transaction ID: TXN-1234DF56
  • The Transaction ID can be found in the footer of the Details pane in the Activity stream. It is also available as a Dynamic field which can be added to Custom notification templates.
