Secure attachments

When Customers are required to send you files that require a very high level of security, you must ensure that their attachment is secure with permission-based access throughout the entire booking lifecycle.

​All ScheduleOnce attachment fields are automatically secured and attachments require signing in to download. The attachment provided by your Customers at the time of the booking can be downloaded only by the Booking page Owner and Editors. Any other ScheduleOnce User or third party will not be able to download the attachment and the Customer who provided the attachment will not be able to view it after submission.
