Creating a Master page

Creating new Master pages is easy, and you can create as many as you need. Each Master page can contain another combination of Booking pages and Event types, to meet the needs of a certain target audience of yours. Another reason to create a Master page is when you wish to create different Customer flows or several booking processes. Create a Master page for each type of customers that you would like to schedule with you. Learn more about using Master pages in your business scenario


To create Master pages, you must be a ScheduleOnce Administrator.

How to create a new Master page?

  1. Go to Setup and click the Plus button  in the Master pages pane.
  2. The New Master page popup appears. (See Figure 1)

  1. Define the properties for your Master page:
    • Public name - The Public name is visible to Customers as the page title. It can be changed later on the Public content section.
    • Internal label - The Internal label is only visible internally, and not visible to your Customers. A recognizable label is recommended because the Master page will be identified with this label throughout our system. It can be changed later on the Overview section.
    • Public link - The link used by Customers to access the page - it must be unique and include at least four characters. It can be changed later on the Overview section. You can use one of several domains when sharing the link. 
    • Page type - Each Master page can only include Booking pages of the same type (either with or without Event types). Master pages with Event types enable automatic assignment, payment integration, and more. Learn more
    • Image or photo (optional) - You may add a photo or image to your page, that will be visible to Customers.โ€‹ It can be changed later on the Public content section.
  2. Click Save & Edit. You will be redirected to the Master page Overview section to continue editing your settings.
